Job Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement market penetration strategies covering the assigned region.
Focus on key core customers, analyze their long-term development plans, technical tender trends and supplier qualification requirements.
Deeply participate in or lead the full-cycle business process, including early-stage technical exchanges with customers, pre-qualification reviews, bid strategy formulation, technical solution coordination, commercial negotiations and contract signing.
Act as the frontline "eyes and ears" to transmit clear customer requirements and market competitive intelligence to the headquarters teams of product management, R&D and project delivery.
Identify and issue early warnings of regional risks such as geopolitical shifts, economic volatility, exchange rate fluctuations and compliance rules (e.g., local content requirements).
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other related fields) is preferable. An MBA or Master’s degree in Business is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in equipment sales, technical sales or major project business development within the upstream or midstream oil and gas sector of the assigned region.
In-depth understanding of oilfield development workflows, equipment application scenarios and procurement decision-making chains; verifiable track record of independently securing large-scale equipment orders or framework agreements with national oil companies.
Bilingual proficiency in English and the local language for daily work communication.
