Responsibilities
- Prepare and cut a variety of meats and poultry according to customer specifications.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain and clean work areas and equipment daily.
- Advise customers on meat selection and preparation methods.
- Manage inventory of meat products and report shortages to management.
Job Requirements
- At least High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have 1-3 years' experience preferably with NC II Certification
- Proficient in meat cutting techniques and safe handling practices
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
