Position
Pre-Sales Telesales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and energetic Pre-Sales Telesales Executive to support business growth by generating and qualifying B2B leads for our professional services firm. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation, prospect qualification, and appointment setting for services including Accounting & Bookkeeping, Audit & Assurance, VAT & Corporate Tax, Business Liquidation, Company Formation, and UAE Golden Visa solutions.
This is a pure pre-sales and telesales role focused on top-of-funnel sales activities only.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Telesales
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential business clients in the UAE.
- Introduce company services and clearly communicate value propositions.
- Engage decision-makers such as business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and finance managers.
- Maintain structured call conversations to identify business needs.
Lead Generation
- Generate new B2B leads through calls, databases, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and marketing lists.
- Research and identify target companies across industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Lead Qualification (Pre-Sales)
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT or similar framework).
- Identify opportunities for:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Audit & Assurance
- VAT & Corporate Tax Compliance
- Business Liquidation
- Company Formation
- UAE Golden Visa services
- Record detailed qualification notes in CRM.
Appointment Setting
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development team.
- Ensure accurate meeting coordination and follow-ups for attendance confirmation.
- Pass fully qualified leads to sales consultants for closure.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Update lead status and activity logs daily.
- Report on:
- Calls made
- Leads generated
- Qualified opportunities
- Appointments scheduled
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in outbound telesales, pre-sales, or inside sales (B2B preferred).
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Experience in professional services (Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Consulting, Corporate Services) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
- Comfortable speaking with senior business decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in a high-volume calling environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily outbound calls completed
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Appointments scheduled for Business Development team
- Lead conversion rate (call ? qualified lead ? meeting)
- CRM accuracy and follow-up discipline
- Monthly target achievement
