Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Oversee product development and manage all stages of formula creation, including literature review, designing laboratory-scale trial formulas, evaluating prototype test results, and monitoring product stability.

• Identify opportunities, conduct research, develop and test prototypes, manage resources, collaborate with external partners, and adapt to industry trends to drive impactful and sustainable innovations.

• Work closely with the Head of Innovation, Formulation Development, and related teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of innovation and formulation development initiatives, ensuring they align with company goals.

• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and proper calibration requirements for equipment.

• Monitor and calculate COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) or costing estimates for formulation development to maintain financial control and support profitability.

Does it match your criteria?

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a Pharmacist qualification.

• 3–4 years of experience in Product Innovation or Development.

• Strong interest in cosmetic, skincare, or haircare products.

• Proficient in Data Analysis, Formulation Development, Project Management, and Product Knowledge.
