Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused French Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant to join a thriving team in Sofia, Bulgaria, within the Travel industry. This role involves assisting French-speaking customers with vehicle rental inquiries, bookings, and cancellations via phone, email, and live chat channels.
What You Will Do
Process reservations efficiently, handle customer complaints, and upsell additional travel services. Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and stay informed about current travel industry trends.

Requirements
- Native or fluent French language skills (spoken and written)
