About the role
Seeking an exceptional Management Trainee for Sales (Sales Consultant) to join our dynamic team in our Cabanatuan City/ Vigan /Cavite / Roxas and Benguet location. This full-time role is pivotal in driving the company's sales growth and expansion within the local market. As a Management Trainee for Sales (Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
What you'll be doing
• Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the designated territory
• Conducting market research to understand customer requirements and stay ahead of industry trends
• Scheduling and conducting client meetings to build strong relationships and present product and service offerings
• Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of product portfolio and services
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns
• Submitting detailed sales reports and forecasts to the management team
• Providing exceptional post-sales support and addressing any customer concerns promptly
What we're looking
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the office systems or related industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a keen eye for detail
• Willingness to travel within the local region to meet with clients
• CAN WORK FROM MONDAYS THROUGH SATURDAYS
