? Danone Indonesia is looking for a Corporate Legal Intern to join our Legal Team!

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and summarize findings related to corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
Monitor legal and regulatory updates and assist in compliance reporting.
Support contract review, document administration, and contract tracking activities.
Prepare legal reports, presentations, trackers, and other administrative documentation.
Assist the Legal team in cross-functional projects, compliance initiatives, and day-to-day legal operations.
Requirements:
Undergraduate students (Sem 5/6/7) with a strong understanding of Corporate & Business Law major are prefered
Knowledge of legal research, legal drafting, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
Able to communicate in English
Available to join immediately
Willing to be placed at Danone Indonesia HO - RDTX (Hybrid 4 WFO & 1 WFH) for 6 months full internship.
