Ready to bring new ideas to life? Join us as a New Product Development Assistant Manager and play a key role in driving product innovation, packaging development, and successful product launches through effective cross-functional collaboration and project execution.

What you do : 

• Manage end-to-end new product development activities, including research, packaging design development, production readiness, product improvement and launch execution.

• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities that support product innovation and business growth.

• Develop and monitor project timelines with cross-functional teams and external to ensure successful project delivery.

• Identify project risks and drive resolution plans to ensure projects are completed on time, within specifications, and aligned with business objectives.

• Ensure all development activities comply with company standards, management systems, and applicable regulations.

We are looking for you who :

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage industries, including at least 2 years in a Coordinator or Assistant Manager role within New Product Development or related functions.

• Proven experience in new product development, product launch execution, packaging development, and cross-functional project management.

• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer insights, competitor analysis, and product innovation processes.
