Job Responsibilities
• Develop promotional activities to increase dealer sales.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for end users.
• Develop product strategies based on market demand.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Support pricing strategy and product positioning.
• Manage in-store displays and promotional materials.
• Organize events and branding activities.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with dealers and internal teams to grow the business.
Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong interest in guitars and the guitar market.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
