The opportunity

As a SALES EXECUTIVE ELEVATOR : West Area (Jakarta) & East Area (Surabaya & Bali) at PT Venindo Jaya Abadi, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and expansion in the Jakarta Raya region. This full-time position is responsible for providing high-quality sales support and consultation to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned geographical area

  • Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements

  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both the company and the client

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent post-sales support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Elevator Business

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build trust with clients

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs

  • Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools to track, manage, and report on sales activities

  • Familiarity with the Jakarta Raya market and a good understanding of the local business landscape

  • A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales targets
