Job Description:
- Accurately encode and update data in the SAP system or other company systems.
- Ensure all encoded information is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Maintain and organize inventory records and monitor stock movements.
- Coordinate with warehouse and other departments regarding inventory transactions.
- Generate reports as needed and assist in resolving data discrepancies.
- Perform other administrative and system-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related or IT-related course.
- With experience in SAP or other inventory management systems.
- Knowledgeable in inventory processes and stock management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
