Description
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and support resolutions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve product issues and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Communications.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Technical Support, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Technical Sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence technologies is a plus.
