We are looking for an HSE Officer to coordinate a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace by ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Areas of Responsibility:
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and management systems, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 requirements
Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, audits, and incident investigations, while driving corrective and preventive actions
Lead HSE training, safety awareness programs, and PPE management to promote a strong safety culture across the organization
Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including emergency response plans, drills, and readiness programs
Coordinate environmental management initiatives, including waste management, sustainability reporting, and regulatory compliance
Coordinate P2K3 activities, monitor HSE performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 6S implementation and workplace safety programs
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Certified in Occupational Health & Safety (K3) or other relevant HSE certifications (MANDATORY)
Strong understanding of HSE regulations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, risk assessment, and incident investigation practices
Familiar with emergency response, PPE management, environmental compliance, and workplace safety programs
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
