Description
- Lead the technical talent acquisition team to identify and recruit top technical talent.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and optimize job descriptions.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a technical environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven experience in managing a recruitment team and delivering results.
