PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Head of Corporate Communications with the following details:
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, corporate affairs, or strategic communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Previous experience in the energy (oil & gas, mining, power, renewable energy) or technology industry is highly preferred.
Proven experience developing and executing corporate communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
Strong background in media relations, executive communications, crisis communications, and reputation management.
Experience managing corporate branding, thought leadership, digital communications, and social media strategies.
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, including investors, government agencies, media, business partners, and local communities.
Experience working closely with C-level executives and providing strategic communication counsel.
Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple communication initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
Job Descriptions
Develop and implement the company's overall corporate communications strategy to strengthen corporate reputation and support business objectives.
Lead all internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, government agencies, industry associations, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
Develop executive communications, including speeches, presentations, key messages, press releases, and corporate announcements for senior leadership.
Oversee corporate branding, public relations campaigns, digital communications, website content, and social media platforms.
Lead crisis communication planning and execution, ensuring timely and effective responses to reputational issues.
Collaborate with business units to communicate major corporate initiatives, projects, partnerships, M&A activities, and other strategic developments.
Monitor industry trends, public sentiment, and media coverage, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
Ensure consistency of the company's brand identity, messaging, and communication standards across all business units.
Manage external communication agencies, media partners, and content production vendors to ensure high-quality communication deliverables.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication programs through analytics and stakeholder feedback, and continuously improve communication strategies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Corporate Communications team to build a high-performing and collaborative function.
