We are a Korean company officially launching our brand, Simpleat, in Indonesia. We are seeking a proactive E-commerce Specialist to manage our online store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Launch and manage Simpleat brand stores on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
Handle product listings, inventory updates, and daily store operations.
Manage customer service (CS), inquiries, and order fulfillment.
Plan and execute platform promotions and double-date campaigns.
Requirements:
Language: Professional proficiency in English is required (for communication with Korean HQ).
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Indonesian e-commerce platforms.
Must be proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
