IT Quality Assurance

As IT Quality Assurance, you will be responsible but not limited to:

• Review requirements and technical documents, then create clear and structured test plans and test cases

• Execute functional and regression testing, document defects thoroughly, and perform retesting after fixes

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure product quality across releases

• (Optional/Automation) Develop and maintain automation scripts for web, mobile, or API testing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (GPA ≥ 3.00)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA Manual Tester; QA Automation experience is a plus

• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA concepts, and testing techniques (black-box and basic white-box)

• Ability to create complete and clear test plans, test scenarios, and test cases

• Experience with QA tools such as test management and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira)

• Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright) is an advantage

• Experience in API testing, performance testing, or security testing is a plus
