Role Overview
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join their client's growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves delivering exceptional customer support to German-speaking users of Fitbit fitness and wellness products via phone, email, and live chat channels.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will assist customers with technical troubleshooting, guide users through the setup and configuration of Fitbit devices, and provide accurate and empathetic support regarding Fitbit's health and wellness metrics.
