Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist located in Jakarta. The candidate will be expected to:
• Supporting digital brand building initiatives across social platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok.
• Continuously test creatives, audience strategies, content formats, and platform mechanics to unlock growth opportunities.
• Supporting performance analysist, identify what is or isn’t working, and rapidly implement corrective actions.
• Create and manage content that aligns with the KUBOTA brand identity and marketing objectives
• Provide personalized support to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
• Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers to resolve queries accurately and efficiently ensuring quality standards are in place.
• Maintains a solutions-oriented approach to challenges, ensuring efficient and effective problem resolution.
• Collect customers’ feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with relevant departments to implement enhancements based on community input
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creating and customer relationship, or a related role
• Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem, content-driven growth, and performance marketing.
• Expertise in video production, image creation, and editing for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Capcut, etc.) Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of social media platforms and community dynamics
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in English is preferred
• Experience in a similar role in a company engaged in heavy machinery is a plus
