Chinese Language Teacher (Part-time)

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Chinese Language Teacher to join our team in Batam, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities: 

Deliver high-quality Mandarin Chinese lessons in accordance with the Centre curriculum, teaching materials, and syllabus. 

Maintain consistently high standards of Mandarin language teaching across all classes. 

Provide professional learning guidance and feedback to both adult and young learners, supporting their individual learning goals. 

Monitor students’ learning progress and adjust teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes. 

Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for students of different age groups and proficiency levels. 

Job Requirements: 

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in teaching the Chinese language to non-Chinese speakers. Relevant academic background or teaching Chinese as an International Language is preferred. 

Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written). 

Must have patience, passion and responsibilities. 

Excellent communication and classroom management skills. 

Teaching certification (if applicable) is an advantage.

Able to commit at least 6 months to 1 year.
