Job Title: Junior Padel Coach (Beginner/Intermediate Focus)
We are looking for a high-energy, charismatic Junior Padel Coach to join our team. Someone with passion for the game, a loud voice, and the ability to make a group of four strangers feel like a team within sixty minutes.
What You’ll Do
- Introduce the Game: Lead "Intro to Padel" clinics for absolute beginners, teaching the basics of court positioning, grip, and safety.
- Coach the Basics: Run drills focusing on the V of the court, the use of the glass, and basic net play.
- Build Community: Organise social mixers, "Americano" tournaments, and round-robin events to get players hooked.
- Maintenance & Gear: Ensure the courts are in top shape and help players find the right demo rackets from our pro shop.
What We’re Looking For
- Padel Proficiency: You should have a solid understanding of the game and be able to demonstrate shots consistently.
- The "Spark": You are outgoing, patient, and able to keep a lesson moving with high energy.
- Reliability: You show up early, set up the baskets, and are ready to go before the first ball is hit.
- Certification (Optional but a Plus): If you have a Bronze/Level 1 coaching cert, great! If not, we are willing to train the right person with a strong tennis or squash background.
