We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources / Senior HR Manager to lead our HR function, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development, employee engagement, organizational development, HR operations, and general affairs.
Reporting directly to the Management Team, you will play a key role in building a high-performing workforce, strengthening leadership capability, improving employee experience, and supporting the company's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Partner with Management and Department Heads on people-related initiatives.
- Support organizational growth and change management.
- Drive workforce planning and talent strategies.
Talent Management & Learning
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and succession planning.
- Identify skill gaps and implement effective training programs.
- Develop leadership and career development initiatives.
- Ensure training programs support business objectives.
Employee Engagement
- Build a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and action plans.
- Manage employee recognition programs.
- Promote company values and improve the overall employee experience.
Performance Management
- Lead the company's performance review process.
- Partner with leaders to improve employee performance and productivity.
- Ensure performance management supports employee growth and business results.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Maintain strong HR governance and best practices.
HR Analytics
- Monitor and report key HR metrics, including recruitment SLA, employee turnover, employee engagement, training effectiveness, internal promotions, succession readiness.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to Management.
General Affairs
- Oversee General Affairs operations across headquarters and centres.
- Manage facilities, vendors, transportation, and workplace services.
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.
- Support employee well-being and workplace improvement initiatives.
Leadership
- Lead and develop the HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and General Affairs teams.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture.
- Coach and develop future HR leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong experience in: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Performance Management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience leading organizational change and HR transformation.
- Experience managing General Affairs is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
