This internship program is designed for motivated students or fresh graduates who are interested in starting a career in sales, business development, and technology. As a Sales Development Representative (Intern), you will become the first point of contact for potential clients and help create meaningful business conversations for the team.
You will learn how modern B2B sales works, how companies grow their pipeline, and how to communicate professionally with businesses across industries. High-performing interns may have the opportunity to continue as full-time employees based on performance and business needs.
What You'll Actually Do?
Reach out to potential clients through calls and follow-ups from assigned lead pools
Start conversations and identify business needs or challenges
Qualify prospects before handing them over to the Business Advisor team
Update CRM activities, call notes, and prospect information accurately
Coordinate warm handoffs to the sales team with clear qualification summaries
Participate in weekly team discussions and pipeline reviews
Shadow discovery calls and product demos as part of your learning journey

Requirements:
MUST HAVE
Final year university student or fresh graduate
Able to commit to full-time internship working hours
Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with people
Willing to learn, receive feedback, and improve continuously
Resilient and able to handle rejection positively
Curious about how businesses operate and grow
NICE TO HAVE
Background in Business, Management, Communication, or related fields
Interest in sales, business development, or technology industry
Experience in organization, projects, competitions, or internships
Familiarity with CRM or business software is a plus
Immediate availability is preferred
