Responsibilities :

  • Manage End-to-End recruitment process

  • Collaborate with hiring manager to understand their requirements on across different level hiring

  • Maintain contact with potential candidates during the recruitment cycle

  • Ability to screen and evaluate candidates resume and CV using database, job portal, recruitment channels to find potential candidates

  • Organize assessment, interview, reference check, and offering candidates

  • Responsible for managing employee cerfication

  • Responsible for managing employee training and development program


Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology with minimum IPK of 3.00

  • Familiar with psychological tools (Psikotest)

  • Open for fresh graduated

  • Have experience as internship in recruitment min. 6 months

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to effectively communicate with hiring managers and engage with potential candidate

  • Ready to work in our Head Office at Central Jakarta
