### What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
* Drive New Business: Actively prospect, pipeline, and acquire new F&B and retail merchants (ranging from independent mid-tier brands to multi-outlet enterprise chains).
* Consultative Selling: Conduct compelling product demonstrations of the Zeoniq POS ecosystem, understanding prospects' operational challenges and presenting tailored technology solutions.
* Negotiate & Close: Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach and networking to proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of local market trends, competitor movements, and upcoming commercial hubs in Jakarta to identify new sales opportunities.
* Account Transition: Collaborate with our technical and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition and excellent setup experience for new clients.
### Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
* Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the SaaS, POS system, Merchant Acquiring, FoodTech (e.g., GrabFood/GoFood merchant acquisition), or Retail Tech industries in Indonesia.
* Network: An existing network or familiarity with local F&B owners, retail merchants, or shopping mall networks in Jakarta is a massive advantage.
* Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a strong plus for regional collaboration).
* Mindset: A self-starter with a "hunter" mentality, comfortable working independently, and driven by targets and KPIs.
* Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel across Jakarta for client meetings and site visits.
