Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Proficiency in CAD and 3D design software is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willing to travel for customer visits and project support when required.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in product design and development, particularly for mechanical components and systems.
Validate mechanical designs and ensure product functionality meets specifications.
Support product certification processes and participate in internal and external audits.
Conduct product testing, evaluation, and validation activities.
Deliver product presentations and provide product training to customers.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and application of the company’s products.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues encountered by customers and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, Production, and Sales, to support product development and customer requirements.
