Legal Innovation Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Legal Innovation & Quality Assurance
  - Identify opportunities to improve how legal content is created, reviewed, and delivered.
  - Develop quality standards and evaluation frameworks to ensure legal products meet professional and industry standards.
  - Continuously improve legal content processes to enhance accuracy, consistency, and user experience.
• Content Research & Development
  - Conduct in-depth legal research on laws, regulations, court decisions, and emerging legal issues.
  - Build, curate, and maintain legal knowledge resources that support Hukumonline's premium products, including AIlex.
  - Ensure legal content remains accurate, relevant, and up to date.
• Client & Market Insights
  - Monitor trends and developments in the legal technology industry.
  - Engage with clients, legal experts, and internal teams to understand user needs and market expectations.
  - Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable product improvement recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  - Work closely with Product, Technology, Editorial, and other stakeholders to transform legal expertise into practical product features.
  - Help develop solutions that address the real needs of legal professionals.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university in Indonesia.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, with at least 3 years of professional experience at a leading law firm in Indonesia.
• At least 3 years of experience at a leading law firm in Indonesia
• Strong interest in legal innovation, legal services, and legal technology.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills, with experience researching laws, regulations, court decisions, and current legal issues.
• Experience developing quality standards and evaluation frameworks for legal products or legal content.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to develop innovative approaches and methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and translate legal knowledge into practical product solutions.
• Good understanding of the evolving legal technology (LegalTech) landscape.
• Ability to turn market insights and customer feedback into clear and actionable product recommendations.
• Experience working directly with corporate clients, law firms, or government institutions.
• Good understanding of practical legal workflows and the needs of legal professionals.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their applications in the legal industry.
