- Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT or Telecommunication industry.
- Proven experience in leading technical projects, system implementation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages, including PHP, Java, JavaScript, Python, and Shell Scripting.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, particularly Linux and Windows Server.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, server administration, and system integration.
- Experience with API integration, automation, and application deployment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently, lead cross-functional initiatives, and manage multiple priorities.
