About the role

We are seeking a Product Management Administrator to join Midea Electronics Indonesia in Jakarta Pusat.
As a Product Management Administrator, you will be the operational backbone of our product management function, ensuring smooth coordination between various departments and stakeholders. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency within our product development and management operations, directly contributing to the success of our product initiatives and overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Product Management team, including scheduling, documentation, and communication coordination

  2. Maintain and organize product documentation, specifications, and development files in a centralised and accessible manner

  3. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up reports for product management meetings and stakeholder sessions

  4. Coordinate communication between Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure aligned product strategy

  5. Manage product timelines, milestones, and project deliverables, tracking progress and flagging delays

  6. Assist in gathering and organising market research data and competitive analysis information

  7. Maintain product roadmap documentation and ensure stakeholders are updated on product development progress

  8. Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for management reviews and client meetings

  9. Handle administrative tasks including expense reporting, purchase orders, and vendor coordination related to product development

  10. Assist with product launch coordination and internal communications regarding new product releases


What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative support role within a manufacturing, technology, or product-focused organisation

  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian

  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management or document management tools

  5. Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

  6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and various levels of management

  7. Understanding of product management concepts and familiarity with product development processes (preferred)

  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information appropriately

  9. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improving administrative processes

  10. Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and tools relevant to product management functions
