Merchant Acquisitions (3 Months Contract, South Jakarta)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and target-driven Merchant Acquisition to support merchant and driver acquisition initiatives. This role requires extensive fieldwork, stakeholder engagement, lead generation, and onboarding activities to ensure successful deployment within assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field-based lead generation and prospecting activities for merchant and driver acquisition.

• Identify, approach, and convert potential leads through direct engagement and relationship building.

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants and partners.

• Maintain accurate and timely reporting of field activities, progress, and acquisition results.

• Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and execution.

• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including schools, foundations, local communities, and government authorities.

• Ensure assigned territories are fully operational and deployment-ready within the designated timeline.

• Provide ongoing support and assistance to merchants and key stakeholders after deployment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field, with a valid SIM C and able to operate a motorcycle.

• Previous experience in sales, merchant acquisition, business development, field marketing, or a related role is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Target-oriented with excellent execution and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working extensively in the field and managing administrative reporting.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Willing to be assigned to any project location, including Serang, Cilegon, Lebak, and Pandeglang.

• Willing to be employed under a 3-month contract with Adecco.
