About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta.

• Our client is a Musical Instrument company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Marketing Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve guitar sales targets.

• Manage and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.

• Conduct regular dealer visits to monitor sales performance, product availability, and market conditions

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and marketing events.

• Coordinate product demonstrations and training for dealers and sales representatives.

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with related departments to ensure product availability.

• Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, and market analysis for management review.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve product or sales-related issues promptly.

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.

• Support the development of sales materials, digital marketing content, and promotional tools for guitar products.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain brand standards.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

• Other duties as assigned.
  

Job Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate with Marketing Internship are Welcome

• Min. Bachelor's degree

• Conversational English proficiency

• Strong interest in Guitar related information or market

• Good work ethics, willing to learn, polite, strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and confident

Preferable Skill/Experience:

• Able to play the guitar
