What is Supervisor Development Program (SDP)?

SDP is a fast-track leadership program designed to prepare high-potential fresh graduates for future supervisory roles through structured development, cross-functional exposure, and hands-on business experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in cross-functional rotations across IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Digital Solutions, and IT Governance functions.

2. Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

3. Analyze business requirements and operational needs to recommend technology-driven solutions.

4. Lead and execute assigned IT improvement or digitalization projects with measurable business impact.

5. Present project outcomes, system enhancements, and recommendations to management.

6. Develop leadership, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities through structured learning and mentoring.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.30.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

3. Maximum 2 years of relevant working experience

4. Internship, organizational, or leadership experience will be an advantage

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, organizational, or extracurricular activities

8. Willing to undergo cross-functional rotations and placement across Kalbe Consumer Health operations
