We are looking for a charismatic and solution-oriented Education Consultant to be the face of our EdTech brand. In this role, you won't just "sell courses"—you will act as a trusted career advisor, helping potential students find the right training path to achieve their dreams.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Consultative Selling: Handle inbound leads from digital marketing and transform them into enrolled students through genuine consultation and solution-matching.
- The Hybrid Experience: Provide a seamless experience for prospective students, whether guiding them via WhatsApp/Call or hosting engaging facility tours for walk-in guests.
- Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with potential clients using a personalized approach, maintaining engagement from the first touchpoint until enrollment.
- Tech-Driven Efficiency: Utilize AI tools (Chatbots, Copywriting assist, CRM) to streamline your follow-ups and maximize your productivity—work smarter, not harder.
- Growth & Reporting: maintain accurate activity logs (CRM) and collaborate with the team to hit monthly enrollment goals while delivering 5-star service.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Consultative Sales, Business Development, or Education Counseling. (Experience in EdTech or Training Centers is a plus).
- The Mindset: Growth-oriented and financially motivated, but with a "Customer First" attitude. You understand that closing a sale is the result of giving great advice.
- Communication Skills: Friendly, articulate, and persuasive. Capable of building trust quickly, both in-person and via text (Excellent typing skills & professional etiquette required).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with targets, CRM systems, and eager to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to boost your performance.
- Presentation: Professional, well-groomed, and confident in conducting face-to-face consultations.
- Education: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree (All majors welcome).
