Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Engineering/Logistics preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in Material Control, Warehouse, or Inventory within construction, MEP, or Data Center projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory administration.
Understands material receiving, stock control, material issuing, and stock opname processes.
Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to be assigned to project site locations.
Job Description:
Control material receiving, storage, and issuing for project needs.
Ensure material availability aligns with project schedules.
Monitor inventory, conduct stock opname, and update stock records.
Prepare material reports and ensure data accuracy between system and physical stock.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Site Teams regarding material requirements.
