Casa Luna Group is a hospitality group in Ubud, Bali, encompassing Casa Luna Restaurant, Indus Restaurant, and Honeymoon Guesthouse, including Honeymoon Kitchen and Honeymoon Bakery. The group is dedicated to delivering authentic hospitality experiences while celebrating and preserving Balinese culture, traditions, and community values.

We are currently looking for a Daily Worker Steward to join our team at Indus Restaurant. If you are passionate about food, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are eager to contribute to a team committed to quality and authentic hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and cooking equipment.

• Keep the kitchen, stewarding area, and storage areas clean and organized.

• Dispose of waste and maintain proper garbage segregation.

• Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used and stored safely.

• Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen equipment when needed.

• Support the kitchen team by maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor as required.
