EverAI is looking for a creative, detail-oriented AI LoRA Character Creator to help shape the future of interactive AI characters. The role involves training, testing, and refining AI-generated characters, ensuring content remains fresh, engaging, and on-trend.
Requirements
- Proven track record of high ownership in creative or technical roles (~4+ years or equivalent experience)
- Technical proficiency in LoRA training, with a drive to continuously improve workflows and outputs
- Strong creative eye for character and face selection; ability to think beyond the obvious and find the details that make a character stand out
- Rigorous attention to detail: characters must be well-rounded, original, and consistently high quality
- Experience with or strong interest in LLM and generative AI tooling
- Fluent in English (for team communication and prompting)
