Project Management Specialist - Overseas & New Business Model

About the role

PT Pesta Pora Abadi is seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist - Overseas & New Business Model to join our dynamic sales and new business development team. This is a contract position based in Malang, Jawa Timur. As Project Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of our business into overseas markets and overseeing the implementation of innovative new business models. This position is integral to our strategic growth objectives and will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and market penetration.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end project execution for overseas expansion initiatives, including market research, feasibility analysis, and implementation planning

2. Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for new business model development and international ventures

3. Coordinate with international partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables

4. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for overseas projects and new business model implementations

5. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to senior management

6. Conduct market analysis and competitive research to support business development decisions

7. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, proposals, and presentations for potential overseas clients and partners

8. Facilitate communication between local and international teams to ensure smooth project execution across different time zones and cultural contexts

9. Support the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic direction

What we're looking for

1. Proven project management experience with a minimum of 5 years in business development, overseas expansion, or international project management

2. Strong understanding of new business model development and market entry strategies

3. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders across different geographical regions

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations

5. Proficiency in project management tools and software (such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms)

6. Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional language skills are advantageous

7. Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with international partners

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, International Relations, or a related field

10. Experience in sales-driven business development or new market penetration is highly desirable
