•Job Purpose

The Photographer & Videographer is responsible for capturing and editing both photo

and video content into engaging, brand-consistent assets across WAW Multimedia's

social media platforms and product catalog. This role is central to bringing WAW's

"Worry-Free, A-Z" brand story to life through authentic, honest visual storytelling.

What You'll Be Doing

Photography

• Follow WAW's technical team to project sites to capture installation process

photography: crew in action, close-up craftsmanship details (hands, tools, cable

management), training sessions, and completed venue results.

• Produce clean, professional product catalog photography for WAW's LED

panels and AV equipment.

• Apply consistent color grading and retouching aligned to WAW's visual identity

(warm-toned, low contrast, natural light)

• Maintain an organized photo library of all assets per project

Videography

• Capture field footage from site survey through to completed result, including time

lapse sequences and LED hero reveals

• Edit and produce short-form video content in multiple formats optimized for

Instagram Reels and TikTok

• Apply on-screen typography using brand fonts and color palette

General

• Coordinate shoot schedules with the Account and Project teams

• Maintain an organized archive of all raw and edited assets per project

• Stay current with platform-specific formats, aspect ratios, and short-form content

trends

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of experience in photography, video production, or content creation

• Proficient with mirrorless or DSLR camera operation (Sony/Canon/Fuji or

equivalent)

• Experience in product photography clean, controlled shots for catalog use

• Proficiency in photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent)

• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or

equivalent)

• Solid understanding of pacing, composition, and visual storytelling for short-form

content

• Comfortable working on active project sites (construction environments, varying

lighting conditions, occasional heights)

• Experience producing content for Instagram Reels and/or TikTok

• Portfolio of both photo and video work
