Senior Travel Consultant (Ticketing)

We are looking for a Travel Consultant who focusing on Ticketing Reservation who will be responsible for end-to-end travel booking services and customer support for domestic and international travel. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to resolve customer issues within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle booking, reservation, and ticket issuance for:

  • Air tickets (domestic and international)

  • Train tickets (domestic and international)

• Provide customer support related to flight ticketing, including:

  • Rescheduling and reissuance

  • Name corrections and ticket changes

  • Check-in and boarding issues

  • Visa and travel requirement inquiries pre departure

  • Other ticketing-related concerns

• Ensure all customer cases are resolved accurately and within the required timeframe in accordance with company SOPs.

• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate internal teams based on company escalation procedures.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all transactions and customer cases.

• Prepare and submit operational reports in line with company reporting standards and SOPs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in travel ticketing, reservation, or customer service.

• Familiar with GDS systems especially Amadeus & Galileo is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel procedures, including visa requirements.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with strong compliance to SOP and timelines.
