Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, or Administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
Job Responsibilities
Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence for management.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and confidential records.
Handle administrative and operational tasks to support daily business activities.
Assist with financial administration, including preparing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
Monitor expenses, petty cash, and assist in preparing financial reports.
Coordinate with internal teams.
