Job Summary

The AI Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, building, deploying, and continuously improving AI-powered automation systems across every department within NS TRADE.

This role goes beyond workflow automation.

You will review existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, design AI-driven solutions, build autonomous AI Agents, and implement automation that enables the company to operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

This is a remote-first role with high ownership and freedom to innovate.

Scope of Work

1. Business Process Automation

Review existing workflows across all business functions, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Service, Community, and Management.

Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient tasks and transform them into automated workflows.

Continuously improve operational efficiency through automation.

2. AI Workflow Development

Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable automation using n8n.

Develop reusable workflow templates and modular automation systems.

Optimize workflow performance, reliability, and scalability.

3. AI Agent Development

Design and build autonomous AI Agents capable of assisting multiple departments.

Examples include:

• Marketing AI Agent
• Sales AI Agent
• Customer Support AI Agent
• Internal Knowledge Assistant
• HR Assistant
• Executive Assistant
• Content AI Agent
• Operations AI Agent

Develop AI Agents capable of reasoning, retrieving knowledge, executing workflows, and collaborating with other automation systems.

4. AI Integration

Integrate Large Language Models including:

• OpenAI
• Anthropic Claude
• Google Gemini
• Future LLM providers

Develop prompt-based automation and AI-assisted business processes.

Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

5. API & System Integration

Develop integrations between internal and external systems using:

• REST API
• Webhooks
• OAuth
• JWT
• SDKs

Build secure, scalable integrations across multiple platforms.

6. Messaging Automation

Develop intelligent automation for:

• Telegram
• WhatsApp
• Email
• Internal notifications

Build chatbot systems, automated customer journeys, lead routing, reminders, and operational notifications.

7. Knowledge Base & Retrieval Systems

Develop AI-powered knowledge management systems.

Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.

Organize structured business knowledge to improve AI accuracy.

Maintain internal documentation and AI memory systems.

8. Infrastructure & Deployment

Deploy automation using:

• Docker
• VPS
• Linux Server

Monitor uptime, performance, and security.

Ensure high availability and scalability.

9. Automation Monitoring & Optimization

Continuously monitor workflow execution.

Debug failures.

Improve automation reliability.

Reduce manual intervention wherever possible.

10. Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with every department to understand business challenges.

Translate business needs into automation opportunities.

Provide recommendations on how AI can improve productivity across the company.

Act as the internal automation consultant for NS TRADE.
