About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Lead Recruitment Specialist to own the end-to-end hiring process for our hospitality and real estate businesses across Bali. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy—managing recruitment strategy, candidate pipelines, stakeholder relationships, and offer negotiations with minimal day-to-day supervision.
You will also mentor and support a Recruitment Specialist, providing guidance and oversight while helping develop their capabilities. This is a true ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident driving hiring outcomes, rather than simply coordinating the recruitment process.
What you will do
• Own the full recruitment cycle for hospitality roles — briefing, sourcing, screening, and closing offers
• Source candidates via Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Glints, referrals, and direct outreach
• Support occasional hiring for real estate development.
• Conduct structured screening interviews and deliver written shortlists to hiring managers
• Manage candidate experience from first contact through to offer acceptance
• Maintain ATS records and provide weekly pipeline updates to the HR Manager
• Act as the go-to recruitment contact for department heads across our properties
• Contribute to employer branding — job ad copy, LinkedIn presence, and hotel school partnerships
What we are looking for
Essential
• 4–7 years of recruitment experience, majority in hospitality, or hospitality focused if working in agencies.
• Proven ability to manage 10+ open roles simultaneously without close supervision
• Strong knowledge of the Bali and broader Indonesia hospitality talent market
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Jobstreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, or equivalent)
• Comfortable drafting offers and negotiating within approved salary bands
Preferred — bonus, not required
• Experience recruiting for real estate, property development, or villa management companies.
• Existing network in Bali or Jakarta hospitality HR circles
• Familiarity with BPJS obligations and Indonesian labour law basics

• IDR 10,000,000 – 16,000,000 / month gross, based on experience
