Job Description
- Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, BPJS, and tax-related components.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, insurance, pension, leave, and other company benefits.
- Support compensation activities such as salary benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structure updates, annual salary review, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Maintain and update payroll, compensation, and employee benefits data in the HRIS system.
- Coordinate with external vendors and insurance providers regarding employee claims, renewals, and benefits administration.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports related to payroll, compensation analysis, benefits utilization, and headcount costs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, BPJS regulations, and company policies related to compensation & benefits.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, and benefits while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or related HR functions.
- Experienced in handling payroll processing and employee benefits administration, including BPJS, insurance, and statutory benefits.
- Familiar with HRIS systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, and basic formulas.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws, payroll processes, compensation & benefits practices, and BPJS regulations.
- Knowledge of job evaluation and grading methodologies (Mercer, Hay, Korn Ferry, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
