Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Mandarin Interpreter to provide accurate and professional interpretation between Mandarin and English. This role supports real-time communication in a fast-paced environment and requires availability for a permanent night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time interpretation between Mandarin and English with accuracy and cultural sensitivity

• Facilitate clear communication between parties via phone or virtual platforms

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Follow interpretation protocols and quality standards

• Handle conversations calmly and effectively, even in sensitive situations

Requirements

• Mandarin proficiency: C1 level or higher

• English proficiency: Minimum B2 level

• Proven ability to interpret clearly and accurately in real time

• Willingness and availability to work a permanent night shift

• Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment

• Strong listening, communication, and multitasking skills

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as an interpreter or translator

• Background in customer support, healthcare, or call center environments

• Certification in language proficiency or interpretation (an advantage, not mandatory)
