Accounting Cost Control & Internal Control

PT Central Mega Kencana is looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join our Accounting team. The role involves financial reporting, cost control, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports.

• Monitor operational expenses and cost control activities.

• Review journal entries and accounting transactions.

• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records.

• Verify inventory records and conduct stock opname activities.

• Prepare inventory, liability, and operational cost reports.

• Review cash and bank transactions along with supporting documents.

• Maintain fixed asset records and documentation.

• Monitor major operational expenses, including payroll, rental, and marketing costs.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting transactions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience; retail or manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and cost management.

• Experience in financial reporting, inventory, and account reconciliation is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Must have a clean BI Checking/SLIK OJK record.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively.
