Senior OTA Reservation & Revenue

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Reservation OTA & Revenue Executive to join our Villa Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online reservations, optimizing room rates and inventory, and implementing revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations from OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and other booking channels.

• Maintain accurate room availability, rates, and inventory through the PMS and Channel Manager.

• Optimize pricing strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue.

• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking performance.

• Coordinate with Operations, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and booking requests.

• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, revenue, booking trends, and OTA performance.

• Ensure OTA listings, photos, rates, and property information are accurate and up to date.

• Resolve reservation issues and prevent overbookings while maintaining excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.

• Min. experience 3 year in OTA Reservation, Revenue Management, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• Familiar with OTA platforms, PMS, and Channel Manager systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
