DATA ANALYTIC/ SCIENCE STAFF
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative dicipline (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial, Informatics, Information System, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. Fresh graduates are welcome!
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and database such as SQL, MongoDB.
Strong data intuition — able to sense what data matters and where valuable insights might lie.
Analytical thinker with the ability to translate business problems into data solutions.
Skilled in identifying, collecting, and preparing data for analysis.
Proficient in EDA, statistical reasoning, and insight generation.
Excellent in visual storytelling and communicating analytical findings clearly.
Familiar with AI and machine learning workflows, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning pre-trained models.
Understands limitations and biases within AI or statistical tools.
Comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data sources.
