Responsibilities :
Source and procure the feedstock according to the production needs.
Negotiate prices, contract terms, payment terms, and volume.
Maintain on-time delivery of feedstock and manage contingency plans.
Ensure that the feedstock meets PT VSI's quality standards and coordinate with QA/QC.
Adhere to the budget, control costs and evaluate ROI for contract purchases.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data including Purchase Orders, authorization approvals, contract archives, and certificates.
Review and analyze all vendors regarding supply and price options, evaluating their quality, capacity, reliability, financials, traceability, and delivery times. Maintain the master supplier list and qualifications while actively identifying new candidate suppliers for potential future development.
Conduct periodic supplier visits and audits to assess conditions and compliance with company policies
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, QA/QC, Finance, and Legal to report on purchasing status.
Support the Procurement Department and team members in executing daily operations and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Purchasing/Procurement Staff, specifically in sourcing from the informal sector
Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, company policies, and systems
Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently
Accurate, precise attention to detail, Goal-oriented and organized team player
Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels in a dynamic environment
Familiar with G-Suite
Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including Odoo ERP systems
Fluent in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Establish and improve the awareness of quality, health, safety and environmental management
Willing to work at PIER - Pasuruan
Have never been interviewed/test in PT Veolia Services Indonesia
