We are a property company based in Bali that owns and operates several villas located in the Umalas and Canggu areas. We welcome guests from both local and international markets and are committed to providing a comfortable and high-quality stay experience. We are currently looking for a motivated, service-oriented, and detail-oriented Butler to join our growing team.
What you'll be doing
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
• Provide a warm introduction to the villa, explaining available facilities and services.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas of the villa.
• Make beds, change bed linens, and replace towels when required.
• Ensure the villa is clean, tidy, and well-prepared before guest arrival.
• Assist guests with their daily needs during their stay to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve breakfast or other food and beverage requests when required (such as floating breakfast).
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any technical or repair issues at the property.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist in arranging guest services such as transportation, tours, restaurant reservations, or special activities.
• Monitor and report any damages, maintenance issues, or operational concerns to the Villa Coordinator or Manager.
• Maintain inventory of guest supplies and ensure amenities are always available.
• Uphold confidentiality and respect the privacy of guests at all times.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hospitality, villa service, housekeeping, or a similar role for at least 1–2 years.
• Good understanding of guest service standards and basic housekeeping procedures.
• Friendly personality, well-groomed appearance, and professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Must have a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C) is an advantage.
