About the role
We're looking for an Operations Executive to join our team in Jakarta. Luce SG is a tech-powered services provider for residential and commercial needs. Our services include part-time maid services, ad hoc home cleaning, office cleaning and commercial facilities services, aircon servicing, home mani/pedis, deep cleaning, and more. Our mission is to give our customers a great day by building a platform where they can get the help they need all in one place.
Key responsibilities
Manage and support a group of workers/cleaners assigned under you
Manage worker schedules and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations
Monitor worker attendance, responsiveness, utilization, service quality, and performance
Ensure workers follow company SOPs, policies, and operational standards
Handle daily operational tickets, escalations, and service-related issues
Work closely with Customer Support to resolve client issues and service recovery cases
Collaborate with HR Ops on worker-related matters, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
Coordinate with Sales to provide operational input on new client leads and service feasibility
Work closely with the Ops Lead to improve workflows, processes, and business operations
About you
Possess at least a Diploma (Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma) in any field
Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Field Supervision, Customer Support, or a related role is preferred
Demonstrated ability to supervise, guide, and manage a team of frontline workers or service staff
Comfortable managing shift schedules, handling last-minute adjustments, and balancing workloads across a team
Familiarity with SOPs, quality checklists, and performance monitoring processes; able to enforce standards consistently
Strong ability to handle escalations, resolve service issues, and make timely decisions under pressure
Able to work effectively with Customer Support, HR, and Sales teams to align on shared goals
Good interpersonal and people skills; able to build rapport with workers while maintaining professional boundaries
Comfortable using digital tools, operations platforms, or ticketing systems for daily task management
